My block was all girls about 15 of us in Richmond Hill NY. We craved out the board in the blacktop with a flat head screwdriver because we used it so much who wants to keep drawing the board. We smoothed the carved lines so the caps would pass over easy. The board has since been paved over it’s been some 30+ years since I played.
